Negotiations Ï㽶ÊÓƵ
Ï㽶ÊÓƵhas just begun negotiations with AGWA/UAW. Eligible graduate student employees voted 314-11 in favor of unionization in Fall of 2023. The agreed upon collective bargaining agreement (CBA) will apply to all graduate students at UA’s three universities.
Bargaining includes in-person negotiation sessions (see schedule below), as well as other communications, usually via email, to exchange language and articles, supporting documentation, and other items.
