Family Medical Leave (FML)
FML is unpaid job protected leave should you need to be absent due to a serious health
condition for yourself or immediate family.

Parental Leave - UA
- Available to parents on FML for the birth or adoption/placement of their child
- Must be used in the first 6 months of birth or adoption/placement
Leave Share - UA
Available to certain employees who experience leave without pay while out on an approved
FML event.
Short-term Disability (STD) - Unum
- Disabilities that prevent you from working for up to 11 weeks
- University paid benefit for all eligible employees
Long Term Disability (LTD) - Unum
- Disabilities that prevent you from working for more than 90 days
- University paid benefit for all eligible employees
