    Call for proposals: Faculty Initiative Fund

    The University of Alaska is accepting proposals for the FY26 Faculty Initiative Fund (FIF) through Oct. 6, 2025. With $360,000 in available funding, the FIF supports cross-campus collaboration, academic innovation, and systemwide professional development. Two tiers of awards are available for projects aligned with UA's academic mission and goals.
