Eligible employees will see the 2% increase for FY23 in the July 29th paycheck/deposit. Effective August 6, we are switching to a new background check vendor.

ComPsych EAP provider now available

Effective 7/1/22, all Ï㽶ÊÓƵemployees and their families now have access to the services provided by our new Employee Assistance Program through ComPsych! Employees can use the following information to contact ComPsych via phone, app, and website.

Ï㽶ÊÓƵHR Drop Boxes Available

The Ï㽶ÊÓƵHR office in Anchorage now has a secure drop box available at 1815 Bragaw Street. It is located outside of the main doors and available 24/7. In Fairbanks, the drop box is located inside the Butrovich Building just outside of Suite 211. In Juneau, the Ï㽶ÊÓƵHR drop box is located in Soboleff 225.

Please visitour Ï㽶ÊÓƵHR Knowledge Base where you can search for HR information. From there you can access our Services web page to submit a request for assistance.

Ï㽶ÊÓƵHR Expanding Brown Bag Sessions for Supervisors starts Wednesday July 13

The Ï㽶ÊÓƵHR team invites you to participate in the expanded monthly Brown Bag Lunch Forum specifically for Supervisors. This forum will be held on the second Wednesday of each month, in addition to the forum held on the fourth Wednesday of each month.

Ï㽶ÊÓƵHR Embraces Year Long Project to redesign the current Ï㽶ÊÓƵHR website

Members of the Ï㽶ÊÓƵHR Leadership team recently met and embraced new projects for the coming year. The first project to be announced is a complete redesign of Ï㽶ÊÓƵHR web pages to include easy to use layouts for information specific to human resources personnel and current, future and past employees.

New Employee Assistance Program provider beginning July 1

The university will be switching Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers from Deer Oaks to ComPsych/Vivacity. Effective July 1, Ï㽶ÊÓƵemployees will need to contact ComPsych for any EAP needs from emotional support for mental health concerns, work-life solutions, to legal guidance, and financial resources.
