UALM Competitive Land Sale Released!

Monday, July 14, 2025, Ï㽶ÊÓƵLand Management released sixteen (16) Ï㽶ÊÓƵparcels through the Competitive Land Sale Program. The parcels are located on the road system and are remote throughout the state of Alaska. Parcels included in this sale are two (2) Chena River front parcels, multiple parcels on Logging Camp Bay in Prince William Sound, and commercial parcels in Seward and Wasilla. The largest beneficiary of revenue from Ï㽶ÊÓƵtrust lands is the Ï㽶ÊÓƵScholars Program, which annually awards $15,000 scholarships to the top 10% of Alaska high school graduates.
