President Pitney and campus leaders recognize 2025 Ï㽶ÊÓƵScholars

President Pat Pitney and campus leaders recognized Ï㽶ÊÓƵScholars during five in-person
recognition events in November. Students and parents joined faculty, staff, students, and fellow Ï㽶ÊÓƵScholars for an evening celebrating achievements
and learning about the opportunities available in the University of Alaska system. Nearly 25 percent
of the designated cohort attend an event. A recording of the events will be shared
with all Ï㽶ÊÓƵScholars at a later date. Each location, which included UAA, UAF, UAS,
Mat-Su College, and Kenai Peninsula College, featured success stories of current students
or alumni.
The Ï㽶ÊÓƵScholars Program and President Pitney congratulate the Ï㽶ÊÓƵScholars and thank
the event organizers for the outstanding showcase of opportunities throughout Alaska.
