Chief Human Resources Officer Steve Patin resigns

Earlier this week it was announced that Chief Human Resources Officer Steve Patin has resigned from his position to take an executive position with First National Bank Alaska. 

Steve Joined the Ï㽶ÊÓƵteam in October 2019 and has proven to be an outstanding leader and valued member of leadership. His accomplishments include managing the COVID-19 transition to remote work, working to improve diversity and equity, supporting the UAA chancellor search and other hiring needs of the system, as well as leading the Ï㽶ÊÓƵHuman Resources office and development improved service processes across the system. 

Steve’s last day with Ï㽶ÊÓƵwill be May 11. 

An interim CHRO will be named by President Pitney and a search for a permanent replacement will also be launched.
