Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµZoom Instructions

Logging into Zoom is easy, all you have to do is click on the SSO option and sign in with your UAUsername and Password. SSO, or single-sign-on, is the Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµstandard authentication method, logging in with Apple, Google, Facebook or Work Email is not supported.

If you are setting up, hosting, or managing Zoom meetings, you need to be logged in to access those tools. Meeting attendees are not required to login, however, it is highly recommended.

Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµZoom users are always able to access Zoom through the Zoom Desktop App or the UA Zoom Website.

How to access Zoom using the Desktop App: 

  1. Click Sign In

  1. Choose sign in with SSO

  1. In the Company domain box, type Alaska, then select Continue

  1. Browse to, then select the Sign In button.

NOTE: Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµZoom users are no longer able to change their Sign-In Email, Display Name, or Host Key. For validated account holders these settings can only be changed by UA Zoom Admins. If you need to make changes to these settings, please contact your local help desk | |
