Human Resources’ request and knowledge management system, Spoke, is being discontinued later this year. We appreciate the feedback received about Spoke over the past few years and are working hard to deliver an improved service to the Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµcommunity.
What’s next? We will be leveraging a system that is currently being used within the Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµsystem (UAA IT, OIT, and others) that will accomplish the following:
- Provide a more user-friendly, customizable, and streamlined customer experience - no more unwanted automated notifications; improved knowledge base search experience; integration with existing Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµHR website.
- Reduce contract costs using a cost-sharing model with multiple Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµdepartments - providing an improved system for fewer dollars.
- Take advantage of shared knowledge and best practices from current Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµdepartments on how the tool is used - Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµbased technical and procedural support is available.
