Ï㽶ÊÓƵGovernment Relations connects our university to members of Congress, the executive branch, and national education organizations. As the world’s leading arctic research institution, Ï㽶ÊÓƵengages in numerous partnerships with federal research agencies and the military. To maintain the university's pre-eminence in arctic research, we inform policymakers about UA’s role as an engine for scientific discovery and innovation. We work closely with Alaska’s congressional delegation to represent UA’s funding interests and policy goals in Washington D.C.
